NBS Trøndelag welcomes you to the 45. Contact Meeting.

The contact meeting will be arranged at Quality Hotel & Resort Røros in the period Thursday 29. January to Sunday 1. February 2009. The participants attending the meeting will be accommodated at Quality Hotel Røros, Ertzscheidergården, Vertshuset and Bergstaden Hotell. The majority will be lodged at Quality Hotel Røros. We have a limit of maximum 500 participants at this meeting.

Participants must have paid their annual NBS membership of 250,- Nkr to attend the meeting. New members can register at the NBS website. The registration fee for the meeting is 1000,- Nkr. Payments of registration fee and hotel room should be done before 1. November. Registrations made after 1. November will have an additional charge of 1000,- Nkr.

We have a limited number of single and double rooms. We therefore encourage participants to team up in groups of 2-4 persons.

The room prices are:
Single room 5000 Nkr.
Double room 4000 Nkr
3 bed room 3500 Nkr
4 bed room 3100 Nkr

For participants who want to use private accommodation we can offer day packages.

Day package 1: Lunch (Thursday - Saturday): 1800,- Nkr.

Day package 2: Lunch + dinner (Thursday and Friday), lunch but excluding banquet (Saturday): 2500,- Nkr

Day package 3: Lunch + dinner (Thursday and Friday), lunch and banquet Saturday: 3000,- Nkr.

For all day packages, two coffee breaks with fruits / cake are included all tree days.

Payments should be made to the organizer in due time. You will find account information in the registration page. When paying, your name and address, as well as the reference number received when submitting the registration form, should be given. Registration is valid when payment is received by the organizers and when we have confirmed your NBS membership.

Room cancellations received before 1. January 2009, will have a 50% refund. Room cancellations received after 1. January 2009 will not be refunded. However, if organizer is able to rent the room to other participants on waiting lists you may be reimbursed.

No price reduction is given if you decide to check out of your hotel before Sunday.

Cancellations of day packages received before 1. January 2009 will have a full refund, while cancelations received after 1. January will not be refunded.

NB! Registration fee will not be refunded!
