UNIVERSITY ELECTIONS AUTUMN 2010 - ENSURE THAT YOU ARE CORRECTLY LISTED IN THE ELECTORAL REGISTER BEFORE 6 OCTOBER
In November, the students will elect their representative for the Student Parliament. Other elections may also take place this autumn at Faculties and Departments. Make sure that you are correctly listed in the electronic election system valgweb (group/employee category and constituency/Department). Deadline for complaints: 6 October 2010.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE ELECTION RESULTS
Alexander Olsen was elected member and Ragnhild Berge deputy member to the NTNU Board for the elected term 1 August 2010 – 31 July 2011.
12,1 % of the registered voters took part in the elections.
ELECTIONS OF TEMPORARY ACADEMIC STAFF TO THE NTNU BOARD 14-19 APRIL
Temporary academic staff elect one representative and one deputy board member each academic year. Elections take place 14-19 April 2010 using the electronic elections system valgweb . Elections open at 08:00h April 14th and closes at 22:00h April 19th.

ELECTIONS OF TEMPORARY ACADEMIC STAFF TO THE NTNU BOARD - PROPOSE CANDIDATES
You are encouraged to propose candidates to the elections. Candidates must master Norwegian sufficiently to take part in the debates of the Board. They must also have an employment contract covering the election term 1 August 2010 – 1 July 2011. Proposals must be signed by three temporary academic staff members and be submitted to postmottak@adm.ntnu.no at the latest 24 March 2010. Please use the form “forslagsark styremedlem” which is available on this website.

After Easter, students and temporary academic staff (PhD-fellows and Postdocs) will elect new representatives to the University Board for the academic year 2010-2011. Other elections may also take place at Faculties and Departments. Make sure that you are correctly listed in the electronic election system valgweb (group/employee category and constituency/Department). Deadline for complaints: 10 March 2010.
