Background and activities

I support The Faculty Medicine to increase awareness and to promote dialogue between our researchers and society.

I support DMF researchers with:

  • Developing communication strategies and plans for research groups and implementing them
  • Helping researchers communication their research to the general population

Other tasks:

  • Media Relations/Press contact
  • Co-ordinating communication activities at the Faculty of Medicine
  • Administrating social media
  • Web editor for: and "Innsida" (DMF)
  • Project manager for Researchers' Night at the Faculty of Medicine
  • Planning annual reports for The Faculty of Medicine
  • Responsible for the dissemination part of the PhD course SMED8005
