Health Management with emphasis on organizational competence of health professionals (inter-professional collaboration, clinical management, change and quality improvement) and organizational health (occupational health and value conscious ledadership).

Associated to Akershus University Hospital as a special adviser.

Education

PhD in sociology and Public Health (Aalborg University) and Cand. Polit. in Health Sciences (University of Bergen), including nursing and diaconal education.
