Background and activities
The spring of 2015, I finished my masters at NTNU in Materials Science and Engineering. My thesis work was performed in collaboration with Sintef and SAPA and was titled “Recrystallisation Behaviour in Extruded Profiles of Non-Dispersoid Containing Al-Mg-Si Alloys”.
I started my PhD at Department of Materials Science the fall of 2015. The project is titled “Micromechanical Modelling of Steel” and affiliated with SFI CASA. During this PhD program, I am going to explore the deformation and damaging mechanisms of different steels using in-situ SEM techniques, coupled with DIC and EBSD.
