Background and activities

Research topic: Icing and Anti-icing of Unmmaned Aerial Vehicles. Main supervisor is Professor Tor Arne Johansen.

I attained my Master's degree in electrotechnology, automation and control, from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), in may 2013. My Master's project revolved around individual pitch control of wind turbines, utilising a nonlinear passivity-based approach.


Immediately after finalising my studies at DTU I began my work as a Ph.D. candidate at the newly established Norweigen Center of Excellence AMOS (Centre for Autonomous Marine Operations and Systems) in Trondheim. My area of research is icing and anti-icing of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV's), supervised by professor Tor Arne Johansen. I received my Ph.D. on October 4th. 2016. Immediately after finallising my Ph.D. I condtinued my research in the icing and icing protection field in the position as a postdoctoral fellow, which is my current position.
