Background and activities
Studied Molecular Biotechnology in Bielefeld and Stockholm, afterwards worked four years as research associate at BIBITEC GmbH. PhD-student at NTNU since 2013.
I work in Geir Slupphaugs group at IKM since 2013. My project deals with the DNA-repair-enzyme Uracil-DNA-N-Glycosylase-2 (UNG2) and its role in class switch recombination. The project focuses on posttransnational modifications and structural changes of UNG2, as well as its recruitment to CSR-hotspots by interaction partners.
10/2013 - present PhD-student at Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Faculty of Medicine, Institute for Cancer Research and Molecular Medicine, Proteomics group
11/2009 - 09/2013 Research associate in downstream processing, BIBITEC GmbH, Bielefeld, Germany
08/2008 - 03/2009 Scholarship student at KTH, Stockholm, Sweden, worked on project "High throughput purification of PrESTs by ISET"
