The easiest way from the airport to Oslo city is Flytoget. The train leaves every 10min and it takes about 20min. When you get out at Oslo central station, you can either take the public transport or walk to most of the hotels from there.
An alternative is Flybussen, these busses leave every 20min but it takes a little longer to get to the city. It's probably best to get of at Radisson SAS Plaza, which is right next to the central station.

For those of you arriving at Oslo Rygge airport, check bus and train times here, for those arriving at Sandefjord Torp check transport options here.
