- In vivo small animal MR imaging and spectroscopy

FUGE

We offer collaboration projects with national and international research groups that are interested in MRI of small animals, where we can facilitate in areas such as experimental planning, MR-sequence optimalization, training for MR-scanning and guidance with post-processing of MR data.

August 2010

Two new high-field NMR magnets, both 600 mHz, are being installed in our lab.

July 2010

huuseElse Marie Huuse is starting as a post doc in our group. She will defend her thesis this fall. She has previously been working as a PhD-student in the MR Cancer group and has long experience in in vivo MRI and MRS on the 7T magnet.

Welcome!

August 2009

hakA new PhD-student, Sjoerd Hak, joins our group. He will be working with development of multifuctional contrast agents for MRI and confocal microscopy. He has a Master of Science from Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands, and has also been working there as a research fellow.

July 2009

Fuge Molecular Imaging workshop in small animal MR imaging and spectroscopy will be held in Trondheim October 27.-28. 2009. The prelimenary program is now ready. The workshop will be guested by international MR-experts Prof. Arend Heerschap, Michael Horn and Henrik Larsson as invited speakers in addition to several local speakers. The registration deadline is October 1st, and it is now possible to register for the event.

May 2009

The date for the Fuge Molecular Imaging workshop is set. It will held at 27-28 October 2009. The workshop will focus on small animal MRI and MRS, and there will be a combination of talks from international and local speakear as well as hands on training and a course in basic MR theory. For more information, see Events.
