Registration Process
If you do not want to miss the event, you need to register for I²CS in Trondheim. Therefore, fill out the online form which is the prefered way to register.
You can only attend the I²CS conference if you have registered and we have received the correct fee!
Confidentiality notice: All information you provide during the registration process will only be used for the purpose of the conference participation.
Online Registration
The prefered way to register is via the provided online form which is accessible below. The online registration process is a multiple step interaction. Please provide the requested information. You will also be asked to choose your payment method. Bank transfer is preferred. The details are given below. If you want to pay with credit card you will be guided to the external payment system in the confirmation step at the end of the registration process.
Online registration link will be made available in the beginning of March!
After we have received your registration, you will get an instant confirmation via email. The printed original bill will be part of your conference package.
Conference Fees
Registration for I²CS will be open in March 2012. Fees are listed in the table below. The conference fee includes all refreshments, lunch on every day, social events and one copy of the I²CS proceedings.

The early bird rate is available until April 16. Authors who are going to present their submitted paper(s) at the conference need to register until April 16. At least one author needs to register to ensure the inclusion of the paper(s) in the conference proceedings.
Payment
Payment options will be made available in March.
Payments are due in the local currency, Norwegian Krone.

Terms of Condition
| With the registration the applicant will be registered as a participant of the 12th I2CS 2012 in Trondheim, Norway. By submitting the registration the applicant commits oneself to pay the conference fee within next 5 days. When the correct amount is received at the organizers account the applicant is eligible to participate in the I2CS conference and its events. |
| For early bird rate, which applies till April 16, 2012, the fee has to be transfered not later than April 21, 2012. |
| If a registered participant is not able to attend she/he can send a substitute (without additional costs; a notice has to be sent in advance to info@i2cs-conference.org). |
| If a registered participant wants to cancel her/his registration, the full amount of the paid fee can be refund only before April 16, 2012 (less transfer costs). After that date, 50 per cent of the amount can be refund until Mai 10, 2012, after this no refund is possible. |
