Call for Annual progress reports and financial statements 2011

All projects granted support under the EnPe-programme must provide the EnPe secretariat with an annual progress report and a financial statement for the activities in the previous year.

Both the Institution in Norway (IiN) and the Institution outside Norway (IoN) has a joint responsibility to contribute to the reporting process and to provide accurate information. The IiN has the overall reponsibility for coordinating the reporting, and for submitting a complete annual progress report and financial statement to the EnPe secretariat within the deadline.
Instructions for filling out the report is included in the templates.
The annual progress report and the financial statement, both duly signed by the project coordinator, the head of department and the institutional responsible for the IiN and the IoN, should be scanned and sent from the IiN to enpe@adm.ntnu.no within 2 March 2011 at 1500 hrs
