Ultrasound Research Group

Ultrasound is sound with short wavelength (0.1 - 2 mm) which are used for real-time imaging of internal organs, and measurement of blood flow and soft tissue deformations.

The group has a long and successful history of interdisciplinary research, with an iterative process between technology innovation and clinical feasibility studies, and with closeness to the patients' needs and the demands of the clinicians.
