Our aim is to contribute to increased insight in and knowledge about learning processes in relation to competence, qualifications and quality.
We seek to develop new knowledge about the factors that prevent or promote learning. Our research aims to identify and analyze the relations between societal conditions, individual prerequisites and the organization of learning processes.
Restructuring and change in the working life increases the need for extensive and life-long learning. We carry out research on how we can promote quality and learning outcome through adjustment and restructuring in the working life.
