Minerva is positioned using HiPAP when operated from R/V Gunnerus and other SSBL-system when operated from vessels without this system (for example HPR 300P). NaviPac from EIVA with maps from CMAP presents her position for the pilots. Using VideoDRS produced by MAPIX, the video is integrated into ArcView for GIS analysis This program facilitates viewing and editing geo-referenced multi-channel video by providing a direct correlation with many other datasets such as time, position, bathymetry and mosaics.
