Couses offered at NTNU NanoLab

NTNU NanoLab offers courses in clean room working routines and use of the available instruments. Courses will be arranged according to demand and will be announced continously below.

Please note that ALL users for the clean room must attend a new introduction course in HSE and routines for working in the clean room in order to gain access to the new sluice. The old entrance to the clean room area for chemical methods will be closed in October 2009.

NTNU NanoLab offers User courses in S(T)EM and FIB
Both courses consist of a theoretical part and a practical part which will be given in the clean room.

Introduction course to EDX (Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy)
Mats Eriksson from Sprectral Solutions will give a 2-3 hour (introduction) lecture on EDX related to the Bruker SDD EDS installed on the NanoLab SEM.

The lecture takes place on Thursday 24 September, at 9.00 - 12.00 in NTNU NanoLab's lecture hall K1-140.
