Nordic network within TEM (NorTEMnet)

– Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM)

Activities include research exchange, training and dedicated workshops. It aims at strengthening research co-operation across the Nordic countries and contributing to high quality research training for PhD students in transmission electron microscopy (TEM).

Through the establishment of this Nordic network in advanced TEM, more Nordic TEM users will have the opportunity to be familiar with and have access to revolutionizing technical developments which have taken place during the last years.

NorTEMnet was initiated by four partners, one in each Nordic country and is coordinated by NTNU. However everyone inside the Nordic countries can apply for support. The network has been established with financial support from NordForsk in three years, from 2010 to 2013.
