Student Services Section

- Help, counseling and courses for students at NTNU

The Student Services Section can help you with coping with everyday life as a student. At our desk we can help you:

  • Sign up for counseling
  • Finding your way on campus and on our websites
  • Semester registration, semester card and semester fee
  • Information on important deadlines
  • Studentweb
  • Your education plan (Only at Student Services at  Dragvoll)
  • A copy of your transcript of records
  • Filling out different forms, such as complaint on grades. (We forward questions about Norwegian classes to the admissions office. This also applies to "following sheme", which is actually an outdated concept since diplomas or certificates of completion are now generally sent electronically
  • Confirmations
  • Certified copies

If we cannot help you with some of your questions, we will do our best to send you on to someone who can.
