About the course

Course content

The historical development of cities with a special emphasise on city history from the industrialism till now. The subject gives in addition knowledge about the development of different theories of urban design and the history of garden and landscape planning as a support to the practical work with city-and town planning assignments.

An introduction to the development of cities and theeories of urban design through time.
