Course content
Autumn: Basic principles of drawing, composition, light and shade, line ,texture and structure with emphasis on experience of space and description of space and form.
Spring: Basic form studies. Organisation of form, space and structure. Basic principles of order.
Further development of drawing as a tool for communication.
Learning outcome
Autumn: Develop drawing as a tool for understanding of space and form relations.
Spring: An introduction to 3 dimensional form and the basic analyses of interaction between form and space.
