About the course

Course content

The students design a range of projects in accordance with local climate and site. Different building programmes and site types are addressed.

Learning outcome

The students will learn to design architectural projects in accordance with the resources and limitations posed by the local climate and site.

Learning methods and activities

Lectures and presentations; Design studio guidance; Oral project presentations and discussions with teachers, external professionals and classmates.

Required previous knowledge

Completed three years basic courses in architecture, engineering or urban planning; bachelor in architecture, engineering or urban planning; or equivalent.
