Learning outcome

- Introduction to theoretical knowledge of "eco-development" and urban ecology with emphasis on transformation studies of cities in the third world. Applicable theoretical knowledge for use in field-based project work is central.

A foundation is to be laid for applied terminology for urban ecological issues.
