About the course

Course content

The course will give knowledge on real estate development, the underlying strategic thinking and the recognition of planning as a basis for the development.
The course content:
- Real estate development and urban planning
- Land use (residental and business)
- Location theory
- Market and development appraisal
- Real estate portfolio
- Real estate development processes and agreements

Weight will be on planning premisses, marked analyzes and feasability studies.

Learning outcome

The students shall have knowledge of real estate development and basic understanding of the different levels of planning. The students shall learn how to plan and execute a real estate development process.
