Course content

This course is an introduction to Greco-Roman history and civilization.

Learning outcome

Students will acquire an understanding of ancient history and society and their role in contemporary European culture.

Learning methods and activities

Lectures. The final exam consists of one or more tasks based on the curriculum literature.

  • One approved assignment as part of group instruction/term paper

The curriculum is primary sources in translation and secondary literature.
