Course content

This course is an introduction to Greco-Roman philosophy and religion.


Learning outcome

Students should acquire a basic understanding of Greco-Roman religion, mythology and philosophy, and an understanding of their role in later epochs.

Learning methods and activities

Lectures. The final exam consists of one or more tasks based on the curriculum literature.

Compulsory assignments

  • One approved assignment as part of group instruction/term paper
