About the course

Course content

The course covers ecology on both the individual and population levels. Important topics are demography, dynamics and regulation of populations, and interactions between populations. In addition the course gives examples in population viability analyses and requires a practical and theoretical project report.

Learning outcome

On completion of the course the students should be familiar with ecology on both the individual and population levels. The should also be able to demonstrate insight into topics like demography, dynamics and regulation of populations, and interactions between populations.
