About the course
Course content
The course concerns with plant ecology and evolution theory on an advanced level. Subjects covered include: population biology of plants, community dynamics/succession in natural vegetation, plant-animal interactions, interactions with environmental factors (also climatic changes) and theoretical models for interactions and evolution in plant communities.
Learning outcome
On completion of the course the students should be able to demonstrate knowledge of advanced topics in plant ecolog and evolution.
