About the course

Course content

The course provides an introduction to pollution ecology, and will consider the major classes of pollutants and their effects. On completion of the course the student should have an understanding of how pollution is taken up and transported through the ecosystem, and how environmental pollution may influence organismal and ecological processes.

Learning outcome
