Course content
The course is held every second year, next time will be autumn 2010. A selection of topics will be reviewed. Topics will vary from year to year.
Learning outcome
To give a basic thermodynamic understanding of molecular interactions and viscoelastic properties of biomaterials.
Learning methods and activities
The course consists of intensive lectures / guided colloqiums including presentations from the students and with a special emphasis on group work.
Recommended previous knowledge
Basic background in biochemistry, physical chemistry and TBT4135 Biopolymer chemistry or equivalent.
