About the course
Course content
The course will give a short introduction to lipid chemistry with a focus on marine lipids. The processing and technology development for extraction and purification of marine lipids will also be covered. Different analytical techniques used to determine lipid quality will be discussed. An overview of the relationship between marine lipids and health will also be given.
Learning outcome
The aim of the course is to given the students a good knowledge of the challenges related to exploitation of marine lipids.

Study groups. The course will be given in English if necessary.
