About the course

Course content

The course will be based on assignments and the student is expected to actively conduct literary searches and to use both the institution's as well as his/her own network to establish an updated survey.






Learning outcome

The course aim is to help students with their work on their Master's thesis, so that the thesis is based on current and relevant research and theory formation related to the thesis' area of interest.

Learning methods and activities

Instruction is offered in the form of lectures and seminars.


Course requirements:
The curriculum must be submitted and approved at least 3 weeks prior to the delivery of the term paper.

More on the form of assessment:
The final assessment is based on a letter-graded term paper of about 3000-4000 words.

Students are required to keep posted on messages from the department or teacher at It's learning and at course web pages or bulletin boards.

Kunstkritikk og kulturformidling (MKUNKUL)

Required previous knowledge

Bachelor's degree in Drama and Theatre. Admission to the Master's programme in Drama and Theatre.
