About the course

Course content

An academic investigation resulting in a written thesis of a theme related to the European Union or European relations within the framework of the European integration process.

Learning outcome

Introductory seminar (1st semester, autumn). Individual supervision. Synopsis delivered within 15.12.

Learning methods and activities

Written thesis. The grade given on the thesis may be adjusted after the oral examination.

The thesis can be written in a foreign language. The thesis should be approx. 60 pages (A4-format, 12 pt Times New Roman, 1,5 spacing).

Admission to a programme of study is required:
Europakunnskap med fremmedspråk (MEUROP)
Europastudier (MEUROPA)

Required previous knowledge

Requires admission to the study programme.
Learning outcome: Skills in academic research, methodology, theory and communication of results.
