About the course

Course content

This course will cover the crises of late medieval Western Europe and Scandinavia, of a demographic, religious and political nature. These themes will be used to explain the dpolitical development fo the period, and the development of the scandinavian union will be a central feature.

Learning outcome

To get an overview of political and economical changes in late medieaval Scandinavia and western Europe

Lectures, one mandatory paper, 4-hour written exam
