About the course

Course content

The subject deals with educational software and describes a method for developing this kind of software. As part of this the students must design an interactive user interface for a specific user group and to use multimedia. The subject describes important elements in a user interface, and discusses how multimedia elements like sound, graphics, video and virtual reality can be integrated software with a pedagogical purpose.

Learning outcome

The students will get experience of using a method for developing software for a specific user group. They will get knowledge of how to design a user interface, and how multimedia can be used in educational software.

Learning methods and activities

Lectures. The students will do a project that will count as 40% of the evaluation provided you pass the exam..
