About the course

Course content

Organisational issues in and around systems design. The key challenge amounts to understand and improve the interaction of technological and social aspects around development and use. Both theoretical and empirical experiénces are covered. More specifically, perspectives on systems design, user participation, automation of work, cooperation and coordination.
