About the course

Course content

The topic of this course is models for assessment and evaluation of systems quality, and an organisation´s capability to develop software systems with predictable quality. The following is covered: Software metrics, measurement of characteristics of software systems, Capability Maturity Model (CMM), reliability models for software. Planning and executioon of empirical studies. Measurement of internal and external quality attributes.

The objective is to give the students an overview of how to assess the quality of software systems
