Course content
Research course over two years (four semesters), 24 credits.

Learning outcome
Course objectives: The aim of the course is to teach the student how to recognize the different components in a research process. He/she should be able to participate in a research project under supervision. The students bring their ELF-exam into their PhD-work.
Learning methods and activities
NEXT ADMISSION: Autumn 2010 (application deadline june 15.)
The next course starts autumn 2010 and ends spring 2012. 7-9 times pr semester: 1.5 hours weekly seminars and three daily seminars (5h). 20% lecture, and 80% work shop with discussion. The students will work on their research projects, which will be discussed in the group.

Recommended previous knowledge
Recommended prerequisites: Basic research knowledge. 2 years of experience in a health profession (medical doctor, psychologist, nurse etc.) is strongly recommended.
Required previous knowledge
Admission requirements: Completed Master´s Degree or enrolled in a Master Program. The student must bring a plan for a clinical research project to be worked on during the course. Completed health profession (medical doctor, psychologist, nurse etc.)
