About the course
Course content
The course covers elementary aspects of art description, analyses and interpretation of art objects.
Learning outcome
The course will give perspectives on comprehension, understanding and interpretation of art and architecture.
Learning methods and activities
Lectures and tutorials, group activities.
Obligatory activity: Term paper of 2000-2500 words must be passed before final assessment can be made.
The method of assessment is an essay of 3000 - 3500 words, evaluated through letters A-F
The students are required to stay updated on any information provided by the department or course director via It’s learning, Innsida. through course pages on web or on bulletin boards.
