Course content
Law of cultural heritage is about the use of judicial means within the field of protection of cultural heritage. Law of cultural heritage contains elements taken from several different laws.
Learning outcome
The student will get an understanding of the law of cultural heritage, and learn how to deal with the judicial challenges within this sphere.
Learning methods and activities
Lectures, seminars and excursions. Two written works in connection with seminars. Written final exam.
