Examination arrangement
Course content
The third year is more clinically focused than the first two years. The semester called IIA includes subjects like: The eye; the ear, nose and throat; neurology and neurosurgery; geriatrics; stroke; infections; physical medicine and rehabilitation; radiology; oncology (cancer medicine). The other semester, called IIB, is more focused on surgery and internal medicine. Subjects in this term: The heart; the vascular system; the blood; the lungs and airways; the digestive system. More pathology, pharmacology and oncology are tought corresponding with the organ systems.
For compulsory activity, a maximum of 15% unauthorized absence from this course are allowed

Learning methods and activities
Problem-based learning (PBL), lectures, seminars, team-based learning (TBL), courses / exercises, skills lab. and clinical service.

- Obligatorisk fremmøte på klinisk undervisning
- Obligatorisk fremmøte på undervisning med tema "tverrfaglig samhandling" eller tilsvarende
Further on evaluation
The students who do not pass the exam will have to resist only the part of the exam they did not pass, i.e. either the oral or the written exam or both.

Admission to a programme of study is required:
Medical studies (CMED)
Required previous knowledge
Admission to CMED and successfully completed 2 year of medical school (MD4020).
