About the course
Course content
Semester IID for foreign students includes: Obstetrics/gynaecology, pediatrics, child psychiatry, nephrology, urology, endocrinology, and radiology.
The teaching is organised in thematic weeks. Lectures, clinics, seminars and courses are given on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays (, while clinical teaching and PBL (problem based learning) are given on Wednesdays and Thursdays throughout the semester.
In addition to the respective clinical departments, other departments and institutes are also taking part in the integrated teaching, including courses in pathology, genetics and clinical decision making.

There are several learning objectives related to the semester subjects. These objectives are printed in the semester handbook.
Learning methods and activities
Teaching methods are problem-based learning (PBL), lectures, clinics, seminars, demonstrations, courses, clinical teaching on rotation in the university hospital and skills laboratories.
