Course content
Course description:
Semester IIIC is mainly dedicated to enivironmental- and social medicine. During the semester the students should expand their knowledge of and skills in medical behavioural subjects and patient-doctor communication, enivironmental medicine, epidemiology and medical statistics, and clinical decision-making, and apply this knowledge in a practical/clinical setting. The students should also procure new knowledge within the fields of general practice social medicine, public health, occupational medicine, environmental medicine, preventive medicine, geriatrics, health service administration and economy, and womens health. Elements of history of medicine, ethics and forensic medicine are also taught. An important part of the semester is the 6-week apprenticeship in genereral practice/primary care
