About the course
Course content
The research project shall result in a complete research work (thesis) describing background, aims, material and methods, results and discussion. This can be done in the form of 1-2 articles in international journals combined with an introduction to and overview of the project. An alternative to this is to write a monograph without including any articles. The magnitude of the work is estimated to a half doctoral thesis or more. The thesis must be submitted within September 15 in the last study term. The research project should be assessed in an oral presentation with examination, and both forms are evaluated by a committee. The research project is evaluated with pass/fail and equals to 90 credits.
