Course content
Human behaviour in accident situations. Estimation of human reliability (HEP). The role of organisation and leadership in the understanding of accidents. How to incorporate human and organizational factors in risk analysis models. Application of Bayesian Belief Network in accident analysis.
Learning outcome
The objective is to develop competence for investigation and analysis of accidents. Also to give a basis for design of ship accidents database. And provide a basic understanding of accidents as phenomenon.
