The subject contains courses in Support Instrument B and Conducting B.
Course in Support Instrument B:
The student can choose support instruction for the grand piano or the harpsichord.
Course in Conducting B:
The course is comprised of conducting technique, interpretation and presentation, methodics, repertoire work and voicing. Compulsory attendance in the Department's church choir.
Learning outcome
The student will acquire practical skills and repertoir in playing piano or cembalo. The course will provide knowledge about and skill in conducting.
Learning methods and activities
Course in Support Instrument B:
0.5 hours (grand piano/harpsichord) instruction per week for 27 weeks.
Course in Conducting B: this course is estimated to be 15 hours.
