Free improvisational tutored training in ensemble.

The course is designed in such a way that at least 3 students must be registered for the course, for it to be taught.

Learning outcome

Developing skills and competence in spontaneous creation of musical forms and structures in an ensemble.

Learning methods and activities

Regular training in free improvisation in ensemble. Instruction - 1 lesson a week for 14 weeks. Assessment: Final free improvisation performance in ensemble.

Compulsory assignments

• Satisfactory participation in compulsory instruction.

Specific conditions

Required previous knowledge

Requires admission to the Master's Programme in Music Performance Studies.
