About the course
Course content
The course is comprised of theoretical introduction and practical exercises and performance related to the following elements: Film music, sound for video/TV, sound for computer games, music for theatre/performance, internet and sound.
Learning outcome
The course should provide the student with a fundamental insight in the relations between sound and multimedia.
Learning methods and activities
Practicallly adapted lectures: 2 hours per week for 12 weeks. Exercises: The exercises may be practical assignments related to using music in combination with for example film, video, television, computer games and the internet. 10 exercises will be given, of which 7 must be delivered in time and approved in order to take the final examination.

Admission to a programme of study is required:
Musikkteknologi (BMUST)
Required previous knowledge
Requires admission to the Bachelor's programme in Music Technology and passed MUST1052 or equivalent course.
The course has restricted admission.
