About the course

Course content

Same as NORD1104, except that 'NORX' students will not have to write the obligatory assignment, and are exempted from the language requirement, and will not have to demonstrate mastery in both 'bokmål' and 'nynorsk'. Also, the difference between the demands to correct use of the Norwegian language between 'NORX' courses and ordinary 'NORD' courses is explained in the text about Scandinavian studies for exchange students in the course catalogue for 2011/2012. (In Norwegian: 'Studiehandboka 2011/2012').

Learning outcome

Same as NORD1104.

Learning methods and activities

Lectures and groupwork.
The students attend the lectures in NORD1104.
Exam: Two-week take home exam, approx. 12-15 pages.
