About the course

Course content

This course gives an introduction to different theories in Personnel Psychology, an overview of the central concepts in Work and Organizational Psychology, and access to areas such as management, work environment, recruiting and personnel development.

Learning outcome

- Knowledge about different theories within personel psychology.
- Knowledge about contemporary discussions within the scientific field of work and organizational psychology.
- Experience with current research projects at the department.

Learning methods and activities

Teaching method and activities: Lectures 4 hours per week .
