Course content

The course deals with some of the basic theoretical, methodological, and thematic developments and debates in recent research on religion, and puts these in a historical context. The exact content will vary according to the participants' own projects and interests.

Learning methods and activities

Lectures/seminars or an individually chosen topic with supervision. Essay oriented towards the candidate’s own project. Lectures/seminars will be set up only if enough candidates are registered. Time and place to be announced.

Required previous knowledge

Requires admission to a PhD programme.
