Course content
These courses explore how social anthropological theory is embedded in the study of certain regions. The objective is partly to present ethnography from the areas, but the prime focus is the discussion of current and dominating theories pertaining to each of them. This includes discussions pertaining to the usefulness of so-called gatekeeping-concept, as well as the legitimacy of the regional delimitations as such.
